Privacy information

Order delivery addresses and payment references are private. Only the buyer and authorized organization administrators can access them to arrange payment and fulfillment. Payments take place on Venmo; this website does not collect bank credentials.

Optional audience statistics

We count auction-item visits to understand interest and give overlooked items more exposure. A random browser identifier expires after 30 days. We store a hashed version with the item, time, broad source category and device type, without names, emails, IP addresses, precise locations, raw referring URLs or full browser details. Browsing is not linked to your account. Signed-in staff views are excluded.

Repeat views of an item in the same half-hour count once. These are estimates, not counts of identifiable people. Statistics cover the most recent 90 days; older observations are cleaned up as new visits arrive. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable collection. You can also disable it here without affecting bidding or your account.

The platform is in development. The church’s privacy policy must be approved before public registration opens.

To investigate website problems, we record error categories, the affected area of the site, timestamps, software version and repeat counts. These reports may be emailed to the site organizer. Reports exclude passwords, form contents, account emails and authentication links.

The planned service uses account and contact details to operate auctions and arrange fulfillment. Bidder contact information is not public. The final policy will explain service providers, retention, account requests and contact details.
